We are thrilled to welcome our newest employee, CRNA Catherine L’Heureux!
A Maine native, Catherine attended the University of New England, receiving her MSNA in 1999. After graduation, she moved to Raleigh, North Carolina working as a Staff CRNA with Critical Health Systems, and as an independent practitioner at Genesis Anesthesia Services. During her time in Raleigh, Cath was also involved in the education of future CRNAs, as a Clinical Coordinator and as the Associate Director of Didactic Education at the Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia. Cath returned to Maine, working as a Per Diem CRNA with NAME from 2015-2017, providing anesthesia at NL-EMMC.
In 2008, Cath returned to Maine permanently, practicing as a Staff CRNA at Mercy Hospital in Portland. She also worked for a three-year period as a Staff Anesthetist with Spectrum Healthcare Partners. Most recently, Cath has been a Staff CRNA with Kennebec Anesthesia Associates, practicing at Maine General Medical Center in Augusta and Thayer Center for Health in Waterville.
Cath resides in Winthrop, and we are delighted that she is helping provide coverage at NL-Inland Hospital, NL-Sebasticook Valley Hospital, and Eye Care of Maine in Waterville.
